Dragonfly IT was established in 1999 by two brothers who wished to provide high quality computer service to the average person. With a combined experience of over 20 years, Phillip and Daniel Mann have been able to offer professional computer services while keeping the rates affordable to anyone.
In todays market, computer repair companies charge between $125-$150 per hour for on-site work. With average computer problems taking between 2-4 hours to fix, the cost of the repair can be greater than the cost of a new computer! We were tired of seeing this and wanted to provide consumers with great computer service at a reasonable price. With flat residential rates at $75 per hour, in many cases our charges are half the cost of the average computer company. We also tend to find the problem and repair it faster, also shaving off overall costs.
We have been very successful with customer satisfaction and feel that we are achieving what we set out to accomplish.
