On-site Rates
On-Site Commercial Minimum Charge Labor Rate (1 hour) Trip Charge $75 $75 None*
On-Site Residential Minimum Charge Labor Rate (1 hour) Trip Charge $50 $50 None*
*We do not charge a Trip Charge.
Server Maintenance We also provide remote maintenance for commercial servers. We'll login remotely at off business hours and update security software and apply important updates and patches to your servers. It cannot be stressed enough the importance of regular server maintenance. It can prevent costly repairs and company downtime. Ask about our maintenance contracts. We charge $60 per server and $15 per workstation. According to the size of your company we may need to come out once a month or once a week. Feel free to call and make an appointment for a site survey. It's free and we can give you a quote on what we recommend. Purchase a block of time We also sell a block of time for a discounted rate. If you buy 10 hours up front, we give 25% off. So normally if you needed 10 hours of IT work done, it would cost $1000 but if you know you'll need 10 hours of IT server over the next 6 months or year, you may find it in your best interest to purchase blocks of time. This would mean it would only cost $750 for 10 hours. We already have a cheapest rates around, save even more money by buying in bulk. 15% Off for Sernior Citizens If your of the age of 65 or order, you qualify for a 15% discount. You don't need to show your ID, we'll take your word for it! We appreciate what our senior citizens have provided for us over the years and we know that without them, we would have nothing. Taking care of them is important in our society.
