Rooibos
A naturally caffeine-free herb from South Africa, Rooibos teas have long been known for containing high amounts of antioxidants. Grown only in South Africa, Rooibos is used to soothe infants who are suffering from colic, sleepless nights, nausea and stomach cramps, just to name a few and it's not just for infants. Adults drink rooibos to reduce inflamed joints, digestive problems and infections. Researchers are still trying to unlock the secrets to this amazing herb.
Steeping Instructions
Use 1.5 teaspoons per 8 ounces of boiling water.
Steep 5-6 minutes. Rooibos does not come from the tea plant, therefore it does not become bitter with steeping. The longer rooibos steeps, the better it gets.
